MAC Just Breathe Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo
MAC Just Breathe Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo ($22.00 for 0.06 oz.) is described as a “shimmery light blue.” It seems like the duos in this collection consistency have one smoother, easier-to-use shade and one drier shade that’s less impressive.
Just Breathe #1 is a light-medium, silvery-blue with a frosted, slightly metallic, finish.
Applied dry, it was semi-opaque and not quite as bright, whereas a dampened application yielded smoother, richer color payoff. It lasted for eight hours on me before fading. Kat Von D Moonshine (LE) is grayer. Colour Pop Sugar (P, $5.00) is a cream product. Marc Jacobs Beauty The Parisienne #3 (LE) is darker. Fyrinnae Frostbytes (P, $6.80) is darker. Urban Decay Shellshock (LE, $18.00) is brighter. Too Faced Jailbird (LE, $16.00) is darker. Maybelline Cool Crush (LE, $6.99) is a cream product. MAC Water & Ice #1 (P, $21.00) is darker. It was a drier, chunkier product to work with that had sheer color payoff applied dry and semi-opaque pigmentation when applied damp. Too Faced Tin Soldier (LE, $16.00) is more metallic. theBalm Surf’s Up (LE, $16.00) is darker. Make Up For Ever ME116 Silver (P, $21.00) is lighter. NARS Jardin Perdu (Left) (LE, $24.00) is similar.
