Tongue Twister
'As you age, your lips thin/recede, so we need to keep them as outwards and plump as possible - a la Angelina Jolie. You do this through pushing the muscle outwards, moulding/manipulating it. Ever noticed a trumpet players lips? Same effect!

How to: Trace your tongue around the inside of your lips 3 times in one direction and then 3 times in the other
Kiss the Sky
To plump and firm the lips and firm the jawline and neck.
Major Muscles Worked: Obicularis Oris
How to: Tilt your head back gently and kiss the sky (exaggeratedly and enthusiastically!) 10 times. The kissing motion should be loud and exaggerated. After your 10th kiss, exhale via one long, prolonged kiss. Relax and then repeat twice more.'
