Have you been keeping an eye out for fall fashions that you can add to your wardrobe? I have because you know what they say, when you are looking for something specific to buy, you won’t find it. So, when I decided that this fall I would embrace fall florals, I found a great one on ThredUp!
I am not a flowery person.
While I LOVE fresh flowers, I don’t really enjoy wearing them. Are you like that? If so, a fall floral is a great time to work a little botanical into your wardrobe because the hues are darker and moodier. I don’t feel overly girly in this skirt because of the color selection!
As the weather colder, I’ll be able to pair this skirt with tights and a chunky sweater and some knee-high boots! By adding some funky jewelry, I’ll keep the style perfectly “me.”
In this outfit, I wore it with a Zara tie-front jacket that I got from ThredUp last winter. I’m wearing booties from JustFab (also from last winter), long organic link and chain necklace (worn doubled up) from Chloe + Isabel, and Lillyanne tote from Shop Suey Boutique.
I am not the only one in my house who likes to update her wardrobe with the latest trends! I also found a great floral top for my daughter on ThredUp! They have great girl fashion! They are careful to only accept items that are practically new, or brand new! This top was new with tags on! Back-to-school shopping can get so expensive so I like to shop where I get the most for my money!
She likes her clothes to be bright and girly. She definitely has a very different style than I do, which is great. We both embrace our differences! As the weather changes, she can wear this open over a long sleeve tee or under a soft sweatshirt with the hems peeking out!
