Not everyone loves cats, but everyone loves a good cat-eye. When it comes to eyeliner, that is. I mean, what's not to love about such a classic flourish of glamour—one that always retains a bit of mystery due to the fact that at least half of us are too clumsy to go beyond drawing a shy upward flick of liner at our outer corners.
